Interna­tional calling & texting rates

*Note: Calling rates are billed per minute, and texting rates are billed per message. All rates shown below are for Dialpad Connect seats that include unlimited domestic calling. Outbound US SMS beyond the first 250 monthly messages are charged at $0.008/message for Dialpad Connect seats. Dialpad Support and Dialpad Sell seats are charged at $0.01/min for inbound calls, $0.02/min for outbound calls, and $0.008/ message for inbound & outbound SMS within the United States and Canada.

Depending on who you are messaging, character limits may apply:

• Messages sent to non-Dialpad numbers have a character count limit of 1500 characters (160 characters per page).

  • If your message contains emojis or special characters, the character count reduces to 63 characters/page.

• Dialpad-to-Dialpad messages are unlimited.
